You can hear the sounds of birds in the morning where you cannot hear them singing in the city. Here, there are lots of things that we can do to relieve our stress.
2. The Mountain.
If you are a hiking maniac, you can try to hike the mountain during your holiday. There, you can enjoy a very nice view from the high where you can see the blue sky closer and the air are still fresh unlike in the city. You can make a camp while hiking the mountain and spend your time camping together with your closest person or family. Here, your stress will be gone in no time and you will forget all of your problems.
3. The Beach.
If you don’t know where to go on holiday, just go to the beach. This is the best places to spend your time during the holiday, especially in the summer time. You can relax your mind from your everyday job. You can swim together with your family, friends or your girlfriend. If you won’t swim, you can relax while enjoying the sunset. It is very good to see a sunset at the beach. If you have a son or a younger brother, you can make a castle from the sand. There are a lot of things that you can do at the beach and there is so much fun.
